Shikoku Tours

Unique adventures in Shikoku island, Japan

About Shikoku Tours

Shikoku Tours was established with the goal of introducing adventurous people to the wonders of Shikoku, the smallest of Japan’s main islands, and to help preserve its unique heritage and culture. We work closely with local stakeholders to craft tours that satisfy our international customers while contributing to regional economies.

We’re constantly learning, from our partners and friends in Shikoku, and from the feedback that we receive from our customers. Our website is the most comprehensive library of Shikoku travel content, reflecting our decade-long effort to document and promote the island we call home. Please check out our coverage of the Shikoku pilgrimage, a circular route around the island visiting 88 Buddhist temples.

Our international team of travel experts is dedicated to showcasing the very best experiences and accommodation available, and establishing Shikoku as a sustainable tourism destination. We're an international team with a CEO from England, a webmaster and marketer from France, and tour planners and coordinators from Japan. Our team has a wide range of experience  – our Chairman led the establishment of Boutique JTB and inspired a new focus on luxury in the Japanese travel industry.

Currently our customers are professionals in the 40 to 80 age range. They like traveling in small groups. However, we'd like to welcome a younger, more active demographic too.

We look forward to working with anyone who wants to introduce their customers to a unique place in Japan.
