Sticky Rice Travel is a responsible operator that focuses on Borneo and the surrounding region. We offer personalized travel planning to areas in Borneo that are home to the best wildlife in Asia and unique indigenous cultures, and adhere to our responsible travel policy in doing our part in safeguarding the environment and communities we work with. We choose our partners carefully, and often consider ethics and integrity before embarking on business partnerships. Wherever possible, we choose to support and promote local businesses or community initiatives that aims to improve livelihood and empowerment of community members.

We have in-house trip leaders and guides available, both western and local, all with extensive experience in leading trips, they have specialised training in all flora and fauna native to Borneo with continuing education by eminent researchers, finely honed logistics and fantastic customer service skills speaking both English and also proficient in local languages. We operate our own fleet of brand new vehicles and have preferred relationships with all hotels and lodges.
