- October 6 - permits sold for confirmed bookings in March 2018
- October 9 - permits sold for confirmed bookings in April 2018
- October 10-11 - permits sold for confirmed bookings in April 2018
- October 12-13 - permits sold for confirmed bookings in June 2018
- October 16 - permits sold for confirmed bookings in July 2018
- October 17 - permits sold for confirmed bookings in August through December 2018
