Two new, 10-day self-guided cycle tours free-wheeling Thailand’s coastline or navigating the back-roads of Vietnam.
These new-concept cycle trips are designed to appeal to riders who want to maximize the freedom of the open road while having the benefit of extensive support and eliminating the burdens of independent travel.
The two new self-guided bike tour options are 'Thailand Coast to Coast' and 'Ride the Vietnam Ocean Road'. They cover 840 km and 773 km respectively and operate at a choice of two difficulty levels making them suited to cyclists of all experiences.
Alongside custom-fitted Lynskey Cooper titanium bikes, Grasshopper Self-Guided provides full pre-departure briefings with itineraries loaded onto iPad Minis, supported by an App, GPS trackers and 24/7 mechanical, safety and security support.
Luggage is delivered daily to accommodation and, as with all our small group tours, this is provided in high quality boutique hotels and guesthouses or, where appropriate, comfortable Home-stays. The App is also loaded with plenty of supporting information such as suggestions for stops and great local food.
