Magri Turismo is pleased to announce a new program for 2016: Mountaineering Course in the Royal Andes Range, Bolivia!
This 13-day mountaineering program is for beginners, who under the instruction of an experienced guide will learn all the necessary to hike, climb and reach one of Bolivia’s most iconic mountains: Huayna Potosí. Experienced travelers are also welcome to take part as the program includes visits to some beautiful places in Bolivia, including the mystical Titicaca Lake and different spots along the incredible Royal Andes Mountain Range.
The trip is divided into three parts: (i) acclimatization, (ii) mountaineering course and (iii) ascent of Huayna Potosi. During the first two parts of the program, travelers will get acclimatized and will receive training with the ultimate goal of getting prepared to ascend and reach the summit of Huayna Potosí 6088m / 19974ft.
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, Magri Turismo works closely with many local non-profit organizations. For this program in particular, we have chosen to further support Hormigon Armado by including their Shoe-shiners City Tour as part of the program. Additionally, Magri Turismo will donate 4% of the total price of this Mountaineering Course Program to this amazing organization.
