Bocas del Toro Highlights, Panama

Enjoy a day travelling through beautiful Bocas del Toro, taking in cultural and natural highlights along the way. You'll start with a relaxing boat trip to Isla Bastimentos to visit the indigenous Ngöbe-Buglé community, who have lived in the protected Salt Creek area for centuries. After learning about their culture and daily lives, you'll take a short hike through the tropical forest to a marvellous beach where you can relax, swim and enjoy some local fruits. Back at the Ngöbe village you'll be served a tasty traditional lunch, before sailing back to the mainland. Along the way you'll have the chance to snorkel amongst colorful coral reefs in the waters around the islands.
